A Day to Remember
When the sun is shining, the course is looking pristine, and you’re surrounded by great people — you know you’re in for a good day.
On Friday 19th September, we hosted our annual HPP Golf Day at the beautiful Emerald Lakes Golf Club on the Gold Coast. With 72 attendees — including clients, trade partners, suppliers, and team members — it was a full morning of friendly competition, connection, and a few cheeky mulligans.
Check-in began bright and early at 6:30am, with freshly brewed coffee, tea and warm breakfast muffins on offer to kickstart the day. After a quick welcome and run-through of the schedule, our players headed out onto the course for a 9-hole shotgun start at 7:30am.
And what a morning it was — clear blue skies, freshly cut fairways, and smooth, true greens provided the perfect backdrop for a day on the green. Whether it was a birdie, a bogey, or somewhere in between, the vibe was relaxed, upbeat, and full of laughs.

Golf, Good Food, and Great Company
Following the round, everyone gathered back at the clubhouse to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch courtesy of Emerald Lakes Golf Club. The menu hit the spot after a few hours on the course, giving everyone time to connect, catch up, and reflect on the highlights of the morning.
After lunch, we kicked off the official presentations, led by none other than our much-loved and soon-to-retire sales representative, Des Janetzki. Des took the mic to thank all of our amazing supporters, hole sponsors, and players — and to hand out a mountain of prizes.

More Than Just a Golf Day
It’s no secret — HPP doesn’t host events like this to push a product or make a pitch. Our goal has always been simple: to bring together the incredible people we work with, to say thank you, and to enjoy each other’s company off the tools and outside the factory floor.
This year’s event was a true reflection of that — a relaxed and enjoyable day where the only agenda was connection and appreciation.
And judging by the feedback (and the smiles), we reckon we nailed it.

See You in 2026
We want to thank everyone who joined us on the day — from our players and hole sponsors to the team at Emerald Lakes for hosting us so well. And of course, a huge thank you to Des Janetzki, not just for leading the presentations, but for years of service, energy, and support at HPP. You’ll be missed, Des.
We’re already looking forward to the next one — so keep those clubs handy and your swing in shape.
Until then, thanks for being part of the HPP community.
