Flat Bed Routering (Nester)

Using the latest in Nester Milling technology and custom software capable of cutting even the most complex designs, HPP Group is proud to offer their professional, efficient service. With HPP supplying you a quality, exact product in an efficient manner allows you to effectively plan your cabinetry, saving you time and money.

Bulk Cutting

The PRISMATIC SPT features automatic loading from lift table and pusher with grippers. This is the only machine on the market that assures a high speed cutting cycle thanks to special grippers, each equipped with two retracting bottom fingers that allow the stack to be collected from the lift table without the use of any special transfer equipment.

Drilling

Utilising custom software, CAD Systems and advanced manufacturing processes, HPP Group offers Component Drilling as standard during the processing of your cabinet components. Precision pre-drilled components allows you to offer competitive quotes and quicker production with less time spent drilling for drawer runners and adjustable shelf holes, making your assembly and installation time more efficient and saving you money.

Edge Banding

Incorporating State of the art automation HPP Group will apply your selected edging to your exacting specifications. Capable of speeds up to 26 meters a minute and utilizing HOMAGS & OTT'S latest coil trimming technology with zero waste factor, HPP Panels and Postforming can quickly and efficiently provide your custom panels with an edge in your choice of colour, pattern and finish.
